I went for Utsav Act-1 by Art of Living for one simple reason… Skepticism.
I was positively amazed by the course. It is not just another course by just another Godman. In fact Sri Ravishankar does not even claim to be Godman..
The course involves a few breathing exercises that DO WORK!
Also, the highlight of the program were Bawa and Dinesh, two senior Art of Living teachers (and students too 
)
