Still Breathing, But….

It is almost a month since my last post… This is crazy.. I am unable to sit down and post….

I discovered a golden rule of life…

No matter how happy you are, there exists at least one person who can just say a word and make you as miserable as you can be…

I was at my best.. Kama Sir’s classes, IIT Projects, an IISc sympo invite… What else can a person ask for? Add to that the fact that I added another package to my AUR collection….

But yeah.. I am atm, .. The fact is I fought with three more lousy idiots at coll.. All for a simple reason… They do not allow me to be happy… When I riding the world, they say “Hey… Great… You are great at these stuff..But… Went to Dasa?? NO? YOU LOSER!” I want to go to Dasavatar.. But it means less to me than ISLPED.. I am blogging about that on my livejournal blog… But these words about GirlFriends… Shit.. That is seriously PISSING ME OFF!

Of Course… I know what Losing means.. this is nothing.. Winners know what to rejoice… and Losers know only what to repent about.. I am what I call a “tweaker” … I enjoy every moment and yet a single moment can spoil my mood… for the entire day/week…

The worst part is they can identify what is your one mental weakness and aim directly at it… I wish everybody learnt that others have emotions… (Including me)

The Art of Living

I went for Utsav Act-1 by Art of Living for one simple reason… Skepticism.

I was positively amazed by the course. It is not just another course by just another Godman. In fact Sri Ravishankar does not even claim to be Godman..

The course involves a few breathing exercises that DO WORK!

Also, the highlight of the program were Bawa and Dinesh, two senior Art of Living teachers (and students too )
